CONCORD provides document repository services where parties in a lawsuit agree to deposit their respective client’s documents for review or reproduction. Each party agrees to have their documents readily available for one another. CONCORD provides the service to store the documents at no charge to all parties.

This provides an efficient way for all parties to obtain documents. Rather than serving a subpoena for documents or request for documents that can become overburdening, utilizing a depository reduces administrative costs. The party can simply review the documents deposited and decide whether or not they need to have them reproduced for their files; thus, limiting the amount of paper and lowering the cost of litigation. Each repository's documents are indexed according to their description and/or Bates rages.

CONCORD also has a conference room should parties need to rent out for depositions. Customers prefer CONCORD for the proximity to downtown without having to enter a high rise. CONCORD is in a secured single-story building adjacent to the 110 Freeway & Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles, where parking is always FREE to customers.
